Hinweise zu den Online-Karteikarten

• You can choose to initially view the left side of the flashcard, the right side of the flashcard, or both. You set this option by clicking on the appropriate circle in the box that says 'Initially show'.

• Man kann zuerst die linke oder rechte Seite oder beide Seiten der Karteikarte zugleich ansehen. Dazu musst Du unter EINSTELLUNG die entsprechende Auswahl treffen.

• As you come to each new flashcard, read it carefully, then translate it either in your head or the scratch area provided at the bottom. Then check your answer by clicking on the appropriate button. Another way to see the answers is to put a check in the box that says 'View opposite before moving'. This will display the opposite side before going to a different card when using one of the tape player buttons. This option allows you to flip quickly through the cards without ever moving the mouse.

• Lies eine neue Karteikarte sorgfältig und löse sie im Kopf oder im Schreibfeld, das sich am unteren Rand befindet. Überprüfe dann die Lösung, indem Du auf die entsprechende Taste klickst. Eine andere Art, die Antworten zu sehen, ist es, die Checkbox Antwort zeigen vor Weitergehen anzuklicken: Dadurch wird auf der Gegenseite vor dem Erscheinen der nächsten Karteikarte die Lösung  gezeigt. Diese Methode erlaubt einen schnellen Durchgang mit der Maus. 

• Move from one flashcard to another by clicking on one of the tape-player buttons. Depending on which button you click, you can move to the first, previous, next, or last flashcard.

• Die Bewegung durch die Karteikarten steuert ein Click auf die Rekordertasten. Im einzelnen: erste , vorausgehende, folgende, letzte Karte.

• Click on 'Shuffle' to shuffle the cards in a random order. Click on 'Alphabetize-L' or 'Alphabetize-R' to alphabetize the cards according to the text in the left or right boxes.

• Ein Click auf  Mischen mischt die Karten nach dem Zufallsprinzip. Ein Click auf Links sortieren, oder Rechts sortieren, sortiert die Karteikarten entsprechend im linken oder rechten Feld.

• You can 'tag' the flashcards you miss. Then when you've gone through the list once, click on 'show tagged' to go over the ones you've missed another time. Keep doing this until you know them all. To tag a flashcard, put a checkmark in the box next to the word 'tagged', or click on the 'Change-tag-and-move-to-next' button (i.e. ). To untag a flashcard, remove the checkmark or click the same 'Change-tag-and-move-to-next' button. You can also click on 'Tag all', 'Toggle tags', or 'Clear all tags' to tag cards.

• Du kannst Karteikarten, die Du nicht bewältigst, markieren. Klicke nach dem vollständigen Durchgang auf Markierte zeigen, um die abzuhören, die Du vorher nicht geschafft und deswegen markiert hast. Verfahre so bis zum Erfolg. Um eine Karteikarte zu markieren, klicke die Checkbox  Markierung an oder klicke die Rekordertaste Markiere und gehe weiter (d.h.). Die Markierung einer Karteikarte entfernst Du entweder in der Checkbox Markierung oder wieder durch Click auf die Rekordertaste Markiere und gehe weiter. Zum Markieren der Karteikarten dienen auch Alle markieren, markierschalter und Alle Mark.löschen.

• If you've limited the display to only tagged flashcards, you can see all of them again by clicking on 'Show all'.

• Wenn Du das Abhören der Karteikarten auf Markierte zeigen begrenzt hast, kannst Du dies durch Anklicken von Alle zeigen wieder rückgängig machen. 

• You can save your list of tagged flashcards to disk by clicking on 'Save tags'. Then when you come back to this web page another time, you can re-load those tags (by clicking on 'Load tags'). Then you can click 'View tagged only' to limit the display to only those cards, and see if you still remember them.

• Du kannst die Liste der markierten Karteikarten durch Click auf Speichern auf Diskette  speichern. Nach einer Unterbrechung kannst Du später das Abhören durch Click auf Laden wieder aufnehmen. Du kannst auf Markierte zeigen klicken, um das Abhören auf diese Karten zu begrenzen, und überprüfen, ob Du Dich immer noch daran erinnerst.

• If you prefer to study from a list, as opposed to a cards, you can make a list of the words on the flashcards by clicking on 'Tagged as list'. This will open a new window with all the tagged words in a side-by-side table. You can then print this list. If you want the list to include all the cards, click 'Tag all' before you click 'Tagged as list'.

• Wenn Du es vorziehst, von einer Liste statt mit Karten zu lernen, kannst Du Dir eine Liste der Karteninhalte über Markiertenliste herstellen. Dabei öffnet sich ein Fenster mit einer zweispaltigen Liste Inhalte der markierten Karteikarten. Diese Liste kann man ausdrucken. Für eine Liste aller Karten muss man zunächst Alle markieren und dann erst Markiertenliste anklicken

• To use these flashcards off-line, simply:

  1. Save the HTML file to your hard disk by selecting 'Save as...' from the file menu

  2. You should also save each of the images on the web page (i.e the yellow menu bar and the tape player buttons) to your hard drive as well. These should be saved in the same directory or folder as the HMTL file(s). To save an image, click on it with the right mouse button (Mac users can press option+click) and choose 'Save Image As' from the pop-up menu.

  3. Save the flshcard.js file to your hard drive, putting it in the same directory as the other files that you saved in step 1 and 2 above. To download the flshcard.js file to your hard drive, click on it below with the right mouse button (Mac users can press option+click) and choose 'Save as...' from the pop-up menu. flshcard.js.

  4. When you have saved the HTML file(s), all the images, and the flshcard.js file to your hard drive, then you can hang up the modem, and peruse through the flashcards at your leisure. Open the HTML file(s) directly from your disk. To open a file saved on your disk with your web browser, choose 'Open File' from the file menu.

• Um diese Karteikarten off-line zu verwenden, gehe einfach so vor (verkürzt):

1. Speichere die HTML-Datei auf Deine Festplatte über datei --> Speichern unter.
2. Speichere (über die rechte Maustaste) auch alle Bilder der Web-Seite (d.h. des gelbe menue_bar.gif und die Rekordertasten).
3. Speichere die Datei flshcard.js auf der Festplatte in das gleiche Verzeichnis wie die unter 1. und 2. gespeicherten anderen Dateien.
4. Wenn Du das (die) HTML-file(s), alle Bilder und die flshcard.js-Datei auf Deiner Festplatte gespeichert hast, kannst Du off-line arbeiten.

• All of the features described above have been tested on several browsers and do work. If it isn't working for you, then the problem might be your browser. These pages are designed to work best with Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher. Microsoft Internet Explorer does not support all of the features of Java Script. Also, if you're running your web browser from a write-protected network drive, the 'Save tags' feature probably won't work.

• Alle oben beschriebenen Arbeitsweisen wurden  erfolgreich mit einigen Browsern getestet. Wenn es bei  Dir nicht funktioniert, kann das Problem bei Deinem Browser sein. Diese Seiten wurden für Netscape Navigator 3,0 (oder höhere) optimiert. Microsoft Internet Explorer unterstützt nicht alle Arbeitsweisen des Javascripts. Auch wenn Dein Web-Browser in einem schreibgeschützten Netz läuft, arbeitet LADEN vermutlich nicht.
